How can I fix an issue with a PDF document?

If you're having trouble viewing or printing the document, or any page content appears misplaced or cut off, please try again from a different internet browser. If you continue to have problems, more detailed troubleshooting steps can be found below.
If you are having trouble with a document on a mobile device, please try viewing it on a desktop computer.
If you are unable to open your document, please try the following 4 steps in order:
1. Wait a few more seconds. It may take as long as a minute for your PDF document to load.
2. Click here to install Adobe Reader. If a dialogue box appears with the option to Run or Save, click Run. If the only option is to Save, you may need to click the file after downloading it to install the application. Once Adobe Reader has been successfully installed, try opening your document again.
